SPLITTING THE BABY

God Blessed Morning Family!

When King Solomon made the decision to split the baby in two the child's mother made the ultimate choice to sacrifice her love for the child so that he could live. Solomon knew that only the true mother would make this choice and ordered that the baby be returned unto her. In life we will be faced with choices regarding people, places and things we cannot part with but we will come to the realization that it is necessary at times to Let go and allow these things to depart in order for us to Live. The decision to give up what we Love is not meant for the benefit of others it us for ours for we cannot Spiritually grow if we hold on to things, people and places which emotionally hold us back from our connection with God. For in Life we find that people, places, things and emotions take a position in our Lives that is bigger than the role in which we allow God in and the day we are faced with losing these people, places and things becomes our day of reckoning. It is at this point when we can see how we have allowed people, places and things to take precedence over our Spirit and this is when we are brought to our knees to pray for God to intervene. This is because somewhere along our journey we have allowed these people, places and things to take the emotional and Spiritual place of God in our Lives and when we are faced with making a decision such as splitting the baby into two we are reminded of the role God has in our Lives for He should always be our firsrt choice and never our second option no matter what the situation. He has told us to Love one another but our first Love should always be Him for His Love can never be divided or substituted the way people, places and things can. For He gave us His son so that we would never have to make the choice of whether or not to split the baby, for we can only serve one God. Be Still And Know That I Am.   Amen. Hallelujah.
