God Blessed Morning Family!
Some wonder if we are all Children of God why do some of us have good health and others don't. There are multiple reasons behind this but the most critical thing we can do which impacts our health is our words, "My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. . . For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh." Proverbs 4:20-22 We become our thoughts for they become our words which are followed by our actions. If I tell myself everyday that I am fat and old then eventually I will lead a lifestyle of someone that is fat and old. Soon I will convince myself that it doesn't matter what I put into my body or how I treat it because nothing can reverse its current state. This thought process will lead to the selection of foods that are of no nutritional value and to the limitation of activities that are less strenuous and exercise that will not challenge my body to remain in shape. It is our words which ring true to our lifestyle and can limit or excell us to lead a healthy lifestyle. For some counties food selection is limited and therefore, more thought is given to obtaining the maximum nutrition from the food that is available. In other countries there is am abundance of food but it is not over indulged for the country respects and highly praises the value of fitness and nutrition, and then there are others who become glutinous and find food and nutrition to be instant form of gratification and a pill can help them maintain the lifestyle the desire. Each state no matter if it is good, bad or indifferent is selected through a reflection of thought process in which our words help to form our approach and habits. Allow your words to be healthy and filled with nutrition and you shall soon become a reflection of your words. Be Still And Know That I Am. Amen. Hallelujah.
