God Blessed Morning Family!
In society we govern ourselves as a civilized people. As we raise and mentor children we teach them that it is not only polite but also respectable to say please and thank you to those we interact with throughout the day. As we grow older we tend to act as if these teachings are no longer applicable to us and a sense of entitlement engages with our ego. There is never an age in which saying please and thank you are not necessary, for we will never cease to be His Children. He has given us the commandments in order to govern ourselves amongst one another and in His presence, but never has He said that being impolite is an acceptable quality of His Children. For when we walk we do so in His Light as we are not only a reflection of Him but so are our words and actions. It is one thing to know the scripture and His commandments but it is another thing to Live our Lives in a manner in which we display said commandments in our actions all day and everyday. Even the most rude people deserve to be treated with respect, but least not we forget that we are to treat others in the manner in which we desire to be treated and which will honor God. For when we leave the safety of our home we not only represent our families we represent God first and foremost. There is not a moment in our Lives in which God ceases to be our Father and we shall never cease to be His Children. We should remember this every time we engage with one another. For we are not only polite to each other but our actions are a reflection of the teachings in which He has instilled Within us. "Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare." Psalms 75:1 Be Still And Know That I Am. Amen. Hallelujah.
