God Blessed Morning Family!
It is said that there is safety in numbers, meaning that the more people in your presence the more unlikely for harm to come your way. "Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety." Proverbs11:14 When we base our security level on the fact that the odds of us getting injured are unlikely we begin to look upon others as our shield and each other as collateral damage in the face of tragedy. We are only secure in the presence of God and not because we are surrounded by others as a protective shield or barrier. Only God is our Savior and will provide our shield of protection when it is needed. The form of security man brings is a false image for man can never guarantee 100 percent safety. To be secure we must rely on our Faith in God and not place it in man. If man is providing security Know that you are only secure because the Lord is our Shepherd. "And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; yea, thou shalt dig about thee, and thou shalt take thy rest in safety." Job 11:18 For His rod and staff comfort me and I shall not rely on man to shield me from my enemies but the Hand of God to protect and keep me safe and secure from harm, for wherever I Am God Is. Be Still And Know That I Am. Amen. Hallelujah.
