God Blessed Morning Family!
It is said that," when one door closes another one opens; but we often look upon the closed door for so long that we do not see the one which has opened for us." This is often done for when our expectations are not met we waist time pondering and inquiring why the outcome was not as we desired, all along we are missing the message from God. When a door closes God is saying don't look back and don't have any regrets for what I have planned for you is greater than you can imagine. When God sent the Angels to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, Lot opened the doors of his home to them not realizing that the men in the city would be at his door demanding that he let them in so they can harm his invited guests. Lot thinking that he was protecting his guests pleaded with the crowd of men to do no harm but they soon turned on him. The Angels then opened the door and pulled Lot to safety, but it did not end there. The Angels told Lot to take his family and leave the city for it will be destroyed. Lot thought he had opened a door for these strangers and felt he must protect them as guests in his home when all along he was in need of protection and saving from the destruction which was to fall upon the city. "And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door." Genesis 19:6, 10 For when you follow God's word and are of service to His Children do not think that closed doors are meant to hurt you. Look around and see that God has and will continue to open many doors, for the one door that has closed is meant to save you. Be Still And Know That I Am. Amen. Hallelujah.
