God Blessed Morning Family!

Be grateful for what you have and Praise God for His past, present and future Blessings upon you. There is a common saying that we should be careful for what we ask for, you might just get it. This means that there are times in which we desire something without considering the sacrifices, or consequences of receiving what we desire. We are so focused on our desires we are unconscious what we have and of what it took to get it as well as what it will take to keep it. Nor are we considering what sacrifices must be made before we can obtain what we desire.  The Jews wanted freedom from Pharaoh and this was a good thing but they were not prepared for the sacrafices they would have to make before and after they received their freedom. They wanted to leave but they wanted all the comforts along the way and felt what they did receive at the Hands of God was not good enough. Some even questioned whether leaving their captor was a good idea. After hearing this the Lord gave them what they asked for, so much so they were unaware of the detriment this would cause. "And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the Lord , saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the Lord will give you flesh, and ye shall eat. Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days; But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the Lord which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?" Numbers 11:18‭-‬20 It is okay to desire certain things, but first see what you have over what you do not have and be grateful for what you have, for it is what He has given you that brings you where you were yesterday, where you are today, and where you will be tomorrow for it is all by the Grace of God. Always ask out of gratitude for out of your gratefulness will come His Grace. Be Still And Know That I Am. Amen. Hallelujah.
